Color Drenched
The New Standard in Custom Tinted Transparencies
Unlock a new spectrum of design possibilities with Glass Lab’s Color Drenched Glass, an innovative breakthrough in architectural and decorative glass. We have reimagined the aesthetic of traditional tinted glass, moving beyond the limitations of the float manufacturing process to offer you limitless color, and cost-effective versatility.
What is Color Drenched Glass?
Color Drenched Glass is a cutting-edge transparency solution that utilizes advanced UV printing and curing technology to reinvent the visual depth of manufactured tinted glass.
Historically, achieving a tinted look meant relying on glass tinted during the raw "float" manufacturing process. This limited designers to a small handful of standard commodities available in the US market: Grey, Bronze, Green, and Blue.

Why Choose Color Drenched Glass?
Unlimited Color Matching
Don't settle for "standard" Bronze or Grey. Whether you need a specific brand color, a soft pastel, or a vibrant primary hue, we can create it.
- Full Pantone Matching: We can match any specific Pantone color!
Superior Aesthetics vs. Lamination
Traditional methods for custom colors often involve laminating a colored interlayer between two pieces of glass. While effective, this creates a heavy, expensive product with a visible "sandwich" line on the edge.
- Clean Edges: Color Drenched Glass is a single-layer solution. The edge of the glass remains clean and monolithic—no visible lamination lines.
- Lightweight: Because it doesn't require double-paning for lamination, it is significantly lighter, making it easier to install.
Ideal Applications
Color Drenched Glass is versatile enough for both residential and commercial spaces. It shines brightest where light can pass through it, illuminating the rich colors.
Cabinetry & Millwork
Transform kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, or retail displays. The glass adds a wash of color while keeping contents visible yet elevated.
Is it more expensive than tile?
Textured Glass
We can apply the "Color Drenched" process to textured or patterned glass (reeded, fluted, rain glass, etc). The result is a stunning combination of tactile texture and vibrant color that catches the light beautifully.
